How do I return or exchange an item?
To initiate a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org first. We will assist you with the return process. The Trezzi Collection does not process refunds (Online or In-store) at this time. We ask for you to return your merchandise within the timeframe. For more information please refer to our Return Policy.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We do not cancel orders. If there is something you forgot to add to your order or you added an incorrect size, it may be possible as long as the order has not yet entered the shipment phase. We ask for you to send us an email as soon as possible.
Does my order have a tracking number?
All orders come with a tracking number (Canada, US & International). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that contains your tracking number. It may take upwards of 2 business days for the tracking number to appear in the system. For more information please refer to our Shipping Policy.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days. Pre-order & custom orders may take longer. You can check our shipping timeframes located in our shipping policy page for more information regarding shipping times to your country.
Will I get charged Duties & taxes?
For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales tax, depending on which province the order is being shipped to. Since The Trezzi Collection is a Toronto-based company, orders within Canada will not be subjected to any duties.
For customers ordering outside of Canada, there may be applicable duties applied once your order arrives to you. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. You can always contact your local customs office for more information.
How do I get my order if I choose Pickup?
At checkout, customers will have the option to pick up their online orders directly from our boutique instead of having them shipped. Pickup option at checkout may be affected by the type of browser you use. If you don't see the option, try using a different browser.
Once the order is ready, you will be notified by email with all the upcoming available time slots for you to come by. Please have your email confirmation ready upon arrival.
