All shipping conditions below include tracking & delivery confirmation, displayed in Canadian Dollar (C$). The delivery times displayed are delivery standards. Delivery standards are based on normal delivery conditions and may be subject to potential delay(s) that are completely out of our control. We are not responsible for orders arriving after the delivery standard time.
Please note: During clearance or sale events, shipping conditions may be subject to change without notice. If you place an order that doesn't include sale or promotional merchandise and qualifies for free shipping, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number.

Signature Upon Delivery
Please be advised some orders will require a signature upon delivery. We do this to ensure that the order doesn’t get left behind or potentially stolen. If you aren’t present upon delivery a notice card will be left requesting you to pick up your parcel at the specified post office. You will need government issued ID for the post office to verify & release your order. If not retrieved within 7 days, the parcel will be returned back to us. If the parcel is returned back to us or rejected, we will hold a C$15 shipping & restocking fee per item.
Duties and Taxes:
Please note, this section only applies to orders shipping outside of Canada (USA & International orders).
Customers living outside of Canada may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs. Please note that these charges are sole responsibility of the customer. For more information, please consult your local customs office.
